Water/Sewer:
Two Municipal Utility Districts server our HOA.
Chelford One MUD serves the area north of Bellaire Blvd.
Chelford City MUD serves the area south of Bellaire Blvd.
Both have independent board of directors that levy property taxes, set the billing rate for water and sewer service. Chelford One MUD also provides a contract security patrol in it’s area.

Trash / Recycling
NOTE – This service provider and the terms of the contract has changed.
Texas Pride provides household trash pickup twice weekly (Wednesday and Saturday), recyclables are collected on Saturday and heavy trash is collected on both Wednesday and Saturday.
