Mission Bend is on the move!  We are encouraging all of our residents to get involved.   We are reaching out to our community to inform and enlighten residents on all the wonderful changes happening in our area.

  • PMI sent letters in January 2026 to homeowners with registered email accounts with incorrect information with regard to late fees for maintenance fees. Current year accounts will not be charged late fees until December 1 of 2026.
  • Board of directors meeting: Next meeting is April 13 at 7 pm in the clubhouse.
  • Semi-Annual Meeting : The next semi-annual meeting will be in October, 2026 at 7:30 pm.
    • The March 2026 meeting had a quorum of homeowners (in person or by proxy). New Board members were elected and will assume their duties in April.

At the March 2026 meeting, homeowners were inquiring about the painting of house numbers on the street curb. The HOA board noted that a private company had placed offers on some homes. The company “OperationSafeHouseCurbs” had not discussed this solicitation with the Board. However homeowners may contract with them to perform this work at their discretion.

  • Chelford One MUD continues to replace water main piping in the area. Please watch out for construction crews on the roads. Check out other MUD news on their website Chelford One MUD.
    Construction of the replacement water main lines in Mission Bend Section 1 has started (see shaded area of map below). Please reach out to MUD board for any issues. The construction sequence is available here: Chelford One Water Line Improvement Construction Phasing

  • In 2022 both Harris and Fort Bend Counties redrew their precinct boundaries and the changes impacted which Commissioner serves our HOA. The Harris County portion of our HOA is served by Commissioner Lesley Briones (HC Precinct 4) and the Fort Bend County portion is served by Commissioner Dexter McCoy (FBC Precinct 4).   • All Newsletters except March & October are distributed electronically.   Sign up by completing the Comment Form at the bottom of the page by following this link. receive our Newsletter The Messenger electronically to help reduce costs
  • Monthly Homeowners Association Board Meeting is held the 2nd Monday of each month at the HOA clubhouse at 6945 Addicks Clodine at 7 pm.
  • Parking cars, trucks or other vehicles on the front lawn is NOT ALLOWED
  • Graffiti must be Power Washed.  Do Not paint over it
  • Get Architectural Control approval before making any changes to your home exterior
  • Recycle! Recycle! Recycle! Place cans, plastic and glass bottles in the blue containers.
  • Remember to spay and neuter your pets
  • Please orientate trash containers with wheels toward street / driveway to facilitate trash pickup. The trucks Texas Pride uses do not have the same lift systems used in the past and workers must roll the bins to the back of the trash truck.
  • Trash bins MUST have current sticker showing your account is paid, otherwise the trash will not be picked up.
