The Mission Center clubhouse located at 6945 Addicks Clodine is available for rental.

Rate information is below:

• Who can rent:
  • Must be a MBHOA adult resident
  • An adult is required on site for all youth functions.

• Rental fee:
  • $325 fee and $200 damage deposit, paid in advance. The facility must be swept (broom clean), trash removed and no thumbtack damage to walls etc. Additional cleaning costs will be deducted from damage deposit.
• Payment:
  • Payments must be paid with a money order or cashier’s check

• Damage Deposit:
  • Damage deposit is refundable if clubhouse is properly cleaned and there is no property damage

Note: Pool is not included as part of the clubhouse rental
