About

Mission Bend HOA is a deed restricted community.  The Homeowners Association was organized for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the residential lots, houses, and community properties in the Mission Bend H.O.A. subdivision in 1975 through the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Mission Bend H.O.A.  The functions of the Homeowners Association include:

  • Administration of the Association
  • Financial Management of the Association
  • Architectural Control
  • Deed Restriction Enforcement
  • Legal Action as Necessary
  • Community Activities

Our HOA is the largest in Mission Bend with 1437 homes that are located in six different sections.  Sections 1, 2, 10 and 11 are located in Harris County and Sections 4 and 9 are located in Fort Bend County.  We are governed by five Board of Directors who work closely with Property Masters, Inc., our management company, in the administration of the Association.  Since homes are located both Harris County and Fort Bend County, our children attend schools in both Alief Independent School District (AISD) and Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD).

Mission Bend is home to eleven area recreational parks and trails.
