Pet Population Control

Controlling The Pet Population

in Our Neighborhood

There has been a significant increase in stray and feral cats in our neighborhood and some neighbors have complained these cats have attacked their pets.

Pets are important members of our families and each of us must ensure they are healthy and do not cause harm or become a nuisance to our neighbors or our neighborhood.

To protect our pets and prevent our neighborhood from being overrun with litters of stray and feral cats, please have your pets spayed or neutered.

There are several programs available in the Houston area that can help to spay and neuter stray and feral cats.   Many are proponents of the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program and the resocialization of stray and feral cats for adoption.

Following is a short list of agencies to assist with spaying and neutering stray pets.
