- Board of directors meeting: Next meeting is December 9 at 7 pm in the clubhouse.
- Semi-Annual Meeting : As a quorum was not attained at the October HOA members meeting. An election of 2 Board of Directors positions will be on the agenda for the March 2025 meeting. Please attend or return a Proxy card to ensure we make a quorum for the meeting.
- Holiday lighting has been installed around the clubhouse. Take a drive by and let us know your thoughts.
- Chelford One MUD continues to replace water main piping in the area. Please watch out for construction crews on the roads. Check out other MUD news on their website Chelford One MUD
- In 2022 both Harris and Fort Bend Counties redrew their precinct boundaries and the changes impacted which Commissioner serves our HOA. The Harris County portion of our HOA is served by Commissioner Lesley Briones (HC Precinct 4) and the Fort Bend County portion is served by Commissioner Dexter McCoy (FBC Precinct 4). - Monthly Homeowners Association Board Meeting is held the 2nd Monday of each month at the HOA clubhouse at 6945 Addicks Clodine at 7 pm.
- Parking cars, trucks or other vehicles on the front lawn is NOT ALLOWED
- Graffiti must be Power Washed. Do Not paint over it
- Get Architectural Control approval before making any changes to your home exterior
- Recycle! Recycle! Recycle! Place cans, plastic and glass bottles in the blue containers.
- Remember to spay and neuter your pets
- Please orientate trash containers with wheels toward street / driveway to facilitate trash pickup. The trucks Texas Pride uses do not have the same lift systems used in the past and workers must roll the bins to the back of the trash truck.
- Trash bins MUST have current sticker showing your account is paid, otherwise the trash will not be picked up.
