- The spring HOA homeowners meeting is coming up on Tuesday March 19 at 7:30pm. Two board positions are up for election with one of those seats vacant if no one steps up to fill as long serving homeowner Terry Blair is stepping aside. Contact a board member for more information on serving. If you cannot attend, please send in your poxy so we can make the required quorum of 144 homeowners.
- Chelford One MUD continues to replace water main piping in the area. Please watch out for construction crews on the roads. Check out other MUD news on their website Chelford One MUD
- In 2022 both Harris and Fort Bend Counties redrew their precinct boundaries and the changes impacted which Commissioner serves our HOA. The Harris County portion of our HOA is served by Commissioner Lesley Briones (HC Precinct 4) and the Fort Bend County portion is served by Commissioner Dexter McCoy (FBC Precinct 4). - Monthly Homeowners Association Board Meeting is held the 2nd Monday of each month at the HOA clubhouse on Addicks Clodine.
- Parking cars, trucks or other vehicles on the front lawn is NOT ALLOWED
- Graffiti must be Power Washed. Do Not paint over it
- Get Architectural Control approval before making any changes to your home exterior
- Recycle! Recycle! Recycle! Place cans, plastic and glass bottles in the blue containers.
- Remember to spay and neuter your pets
