Tennis Court Rules

1. Court hours are from 8 AM – 11 PM
2. Court is for resident(s) and their guest(s) only
3. Guest(s) must be accompanied by resident(s)
4. Maintenance fees must be current
5. Proper dress attire and shoes must be worn at all times.  (Only tennis shoes are allowed on the court)
6. No glass containers, alcohol, tobacco products or smoking allowed in court area
7. No pets are allowed in the court area
8. Roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, motorized scooters, animals, etc. prohibited on court.
9. Loud noise or abusive language is prohibited
10. No unattended children
11. Maximum 1-hour use when others are waiting.
12. Turn off lights when you leave
13. The HOA is not responsible for any accidents or injury while using this facility.  Use at your own risk.
14. Rules violations or damages will result in suspension of court privileges
